Late start today...missed lunch and felt the pain...haha

Front Squat
275lbs x 2
285lbs x 2
285lbs x 3
285lbs x 2
285lbs x 2

(all front squats w/ 2 reps were because of my grip...kept slipping out of my fingers.)

Bench Press
215lbs x 5 x 3

(stopped after that...right shoulder was killing me...starting to question the reason why I do bench press...maybe start doing other lifts to up my pec region)

Conditioning super set:
A. 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 reps of front squat @ 135lbs
B. 1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1, rope climbs @ 15 feet


Assistance super set:
3 sets
A. Incline DB bench press @ 100lbs x 10
B. DB rows @ 65lbs x 20
