Didn't get a lot of sleep last night due to some stomach issues.
Had a protein shake for breakfast.
Warm up was very intense...
took me like 15 minutes to snatch the bar due to being sore from Saturday.
No bumpers so I have to lower all the weights to my shoulder..
Hit a wall in the conditioning...nothing in the tank on the final 10 reps.
