Default Attitude Nations Lifting Program

I was looking at Jon North's training cycle on his site. He also has a strength/conditioning section labeled "performance".

The Olympic lifting section looks like a pretty good program.

It does remind me of Glenn Pendlay's template with a lot added to it...

What level athlete would thrive from something like this?
