On both the snatch and the clean, you're breaking the elbows too soon. Try to keep your arms straight throughout the extension. Also, you're kicking back with your feet a little on the snatch. Try to push through the ground longer and think about picking the knees up when shifting your feet into the receiving position.
Your bodyweight is shifting forward a little bit on the dip for the jerk. Think about dipping off of the heels and keep your torso upright. You're also not finishing the drive up. Drive through the ground a little longer before you split. Also, it looks like the back foot is rotated out when you split. Try to keep the toe pointed straight or even slightly rotated in.
