observations:
All and all a good hard Monday session
Snatches felt good...felt like I had no coordination at times though...
Cleans felt great..
Back Squats felt brutal...keep thinking I should squat on separate days??
Conditioning was hard...behind neck jerks were an usual movement for me...
Burpees w/ lifting shoes suck!
