Looking pretty good. I'd work on your overhead mobility in both the snatch and jerk. I think your form is not the limiting factor probably on the weights your doing right now. You just don't look comfortable with the weight overhead. OH squats, Snatch grip behind the neck press from the squat position (keep very light weight). for the jerk i'd say some push press, power jerks, maybe jerks from the split.
