1.32x BW with proper form, all time PR that. Probably had 235 fresh. I guess this program is working to at least not make me weaker.
Looking forward to ending this diet break, I feel bloated. I took a break from counting calories as well and just tried to eat moderately, we'll see how much damage I did on Saturday.
