Classic Lift position/technique cycle.
A couple of questions about this cycle:
1. Should I test my 1rm before starting it? I'm finishing up the technique development program, so I do not have a current 1rm, and there are percentages used for some lifts.
2. There are a lot of segment pulls in this program, so I imagine straps are in order. I have some old thick as hell powerlifting straps, but would like to get some that are thinner and shorter. Any recommendations/brands? I'm a bit of a gear-whore, but I would not be adverse to making my own straps if I could find the right material.
