Going to push it a little bit, 15 singles 3x a week for a few weeks.
Someone asked me if I had lost weight today, and when I answered in the affirmative they asked if I was sure it was healthy. I guess I'm officially "do you even lift" in clothes. I am much closer to abs now though, I'd estimate I'm an "internet" 15%, have a decently visible 4 pack in good lighting. Maybe 8 more weeks, 9 with a diet break.
