Performed like that they're more of a hamstring raise than a glute-ham raise. In the glute-ham raise the fulcrum is somewhere on the thigh and in the hamstring raise it's just below the knee. That makes the movement much much more difficult and even though I can do +10 GHR I can't even do a single HR.
I have a space problem. sounds like the ham raise is harder. does that make it better than a GHR or just different?
