Weightlifting program for strong beginners or tired veterans
I read a piece on Glenn's blog where he talks about a split program he likes for making the transition from general strength training to olympic weightlifting. He also uses it sometimes for his own lifters if they need a bit of down time after a competition or similar. He only described it vaguely so I took the liberty of putting a program together using his template. I've been doing it myself and have tweaked it a gazillion times along the way but I'm pretty happy with what I've ended up with.
