3 rounds:
KB Press x 10/10 @ 62lbs
KB Snatch x 10/10 @ 62lbs
KB Plyo Pushups x 10/10
KB Flip Swings x 20 @ 62lbs
KB Wood choppers x 10/10 @ 35lbs
*2 rope climbs @ 18ft w/ flak and sappi plates (35lbs) before each round
