Back in the states! Well been back since a couple sessions in but just mainly active recovery workouts...nothing worth posting.

A. Pushups x 20
B. Overhead lunges w/ 40kg overhead (snatch grip) x 10

3 sets of:
A. KB Press (2 24kg KB) x 10
B. GHD situps x 10
