Thanks for the replies! From my point of view, (which might very well be totally off, as I´m not really a weightlifter, but dabble around with it as part of my program) there seems to be an obvious difference when doing a hang snatch for example. In the first part of Pendlays progression
, they bend the knees a few inches while keeping the torso upright. While in Everett´s DVD it seems there´s more inclination of the torso and bending of the hip?
Or have I gotten everything backwards?
