So I work out in my garage, all my research is video analysis and reading. I did get a USAW Level 1 coaching certification, but I've never had anyone coach me.
Anyway, here is a youtube video in slow motion with barbell tracking. In the video it looks like my toes are pointed out quite wide, but see the picture below to see my knee tracking over the toes.
