Thanks for the feedback. I am new to Olympic specific training. I've lifted weights for about 13 years tho and haven't had to many injuries.

Trying to push myself with minimal injury. So technique is my focus right now.

Also I do warm up well before attempting my routine (mobility and getting the muscles and blood going)
