Hi, this is my first competition of this season. I am training 4 times/week and focused on squat strength and snatch consistency for the past couple months.

Total 235@89 (competition)
Snatch - 110 (competition), 112.5 (training, straps)
Clean and jerk - 131 (competition)
Rack jerk - 136
Front squat - 140
