40x3, 50x3, 60x3, 70x3, 80x3/4, 85x3

Clean and Jerk
50x3, 70x3, 90x3, 100x3, 110x3, 115x3, 110x2 - Was meant to do 3 triples here, cut it off after this set. Technique was getting a bit sloppy

Front Squats
50x3, 70x3, 90x3, 110x3, 120x3, 135x3, 140x3/4, 145x3/2, 150x3

Legs were dead today. Standing up with snatches had my quads feeling tired. My best clean and jerk triple ever is 120kg, so 115 is pretty good for the first week of the first program of the season. Lots of room for improvement. Still getting used to the volume. I feel pretty beat up, but tomorrow is a rest/recovery day. Will be getting to the pool for some light swimming/hot tub/steam. Hopefully feeling a bit better by Monday.
