Pause Front Squat + Jerk

Snatch Complex (Snatch Pull/Hang Snatch Pull/Hang Snatch/Overhead Squat)
80x1, 85x1, 90x1, 95x1, 100x1

This workout was great. I think I'm starting to get used to the volume. 100kg snatch is the heaviest I've gone since the competition (was pretty happy since it was a complex and at the end of the workout). Snatch 5x5 was 10kg heavier than last week and Pause Squat + Jerk was 10kg heavier as well.
