10 sang bag slams w/ 120lb sandbag
10 KB flip swings w/ 70lb KB
100m sprint x 3
200m sprint x 1

Again felt really dehydrated after this one. Gotta stop taking pre workout b/f these workouts.

I've been following the "warrior diet" for the past 2 weeks. Going to switch to a 16/8 IF instead of the 20/4.
