Got this from CT Fletcher's channel.
20 Back Squats @ 225lbs (power clean the weight to back rack position)
50m prowler sprint w/ 180lbs
20 Deadlifts @ 330lbs
50m prowler sprint w/ 180lbs
20 Press’s @ 135lbs (power clean the weight to front rack position)
50m prowler sprint w/ 180lb

The deadlifts were the hardest and had to break them up. Was able to knock out the squats on 1 set...and the press's had to be broken up. The prowler push's were pretty challanging.
