Default Help with Snatch

I would appreciate input on my snatch.

I am having trouble doing full snatches in one continuous movement when the weight gets a bit heavier.
I think the videos of my snatches with increasing weight show this.

What do I need to change? Which exercises/drills would be good in my situation?
