Power Clean to Push Press (every minute on minute for 10 min)
100kg x 10
*missed about 3 push press then went to push jerks

Back Squat
295lbs x 5

295lbs x 4
* felt myself coming up my toes on a few of these....first time squatting heavy in about a month..

10 push jerks @ 65kg

25 KB swings @ 24kg
