15 deadlifts
12 hang power cleans
9 push press
6 front squats

then:
3.4 mile run

20140224

Back squat
295lbs x 5
295lbs x 3
295lbs x 2

had a horrible week/weekend. felt it last few sessions. getting back on the saddle.
