Keep up the mobility work. That stuff takes a while to improve on.

I think a good squat program like the Russian Squat Cycle or the Leg Strength Block 1/Block 2, etc. I wouldn't go and assume it's solely your quads that are holding you back from standing up out of the cleans. Any build on overall leg strength is going to benefit you.
