Snatch practice
worked up to 75kg (still suck)

Power Clean & Push Press (turned into some push jerks on some)
110kg x 1 x 10 (EMOM for 10 min)

Front Squat
265lbs x 3 x 3

3 rounds
20 calories on air dyne
20 kb swings @ 32kg
