Condtioning:
21 deadlifts @ 225lbs
21 thrusters @ 95lbs
400m run
15 deadlifts @ 225lbs
15 thrusters @ 95lbs
400m run
9 deadlifts @ 225lbs
9 thrusters @ 95lbs
400m run

Pretty painful...didn't go at it like a rabid hamster but got it in.

All lifts done outside...
