Thanks for the response Blake.

I notice that a lot of proficient athletes are able to keep their heels planted throughout the first pull, whereas I seem to have problems with that. Also, should I be allowing my knees to come forward more once the bar has passed them but before the 2nd pull? Thanks in advance!
