Default Failing Snatch forward/Knee On Ground

I've included a double @ 75kg and some singles @ 84kg. One big problem I have is somehow I always lean forward and end up on my right knee after a snatch. Sometimes it's recoverable and sometimes it's not. I think that could be due to me catching it in too narrow of a stand? Or maybe I'm exploding too soon before the bar reaches the hip crease...
