Default Tall Snatch/Clean?

How do you really do these? Is it a violent shrug and drop under the bar? Shrug, calf extension drop? A type of muscle snatch ending in the catch position?

I've watched the video of the tall cleans, but I can't break the movement down by watching it. I was wondering if I can get some clarification on this.
