Felt really good to train with my teammates again. Got in a solid 90 minutes and felt strong all the way through. I definitely have put on some fat in the mid section or at least it felt that way tonight. Worked all techniques getting up off the ground or doing takedowns.
Warmup was death by cardio, Yeah!
