Garnish inside of frozen pint glass with a little chocolate syrup.
Blend in equal volumes, oatmeal stout beer and good, thick, vanilla ice cream.
Pour into frozen garnished glass. Drink and enjoy.
It just so happened that my parents had a coffee table recipe book that had this very item in it (I had already had it at the brewery, so I was very excited to see it!).
Anyway, post OL meet, a Hefeweizen, their Chef Salad topped with a rare tenderloin steak (check it out in the menu if you're interested, it is a huge protein smorgasbord), and finished off with the oatmeal stout shake is just about as good as it gets in my book!!!
