Okay, the biggest thing I see is that you are trying to sit back when catching the clean, same thing when you front squat, you are sitting too far back. I'll let a few others who are more qualified than me, but that is the biggest thing. Your pull looks fairly decent, but you are missing out front due to sitting "back" instead of "down".
