Sunday April 14th

Weighted Pull Up
55x5x3


I think I got up to 65x5x3 with wieghed chins? PR's will be had once I get there with weighted pull ups.

I've thought about it and I think the reason my arms growth has been lacking is that I started barbell training able to curl 95# and now, three years later, I can curl 105.
