Unless you can do the drill without swinging the bar away from you, it's not going to help. Being aggressive at the hips is great, but it can't be at the expense of the bar path. If you like Jon's drills, do his chest bump one as well to learn how to keep the bar close - what you're doing now will not resolve any problems.

Your knees should not be fully extended in that superman drill.
