Search our free articles and blog for flexibility stuff - there are I think 3-4 articles or posts that go very in depth.

Re feet, keep applying pressure against the ground by pushing w the legs a little longer as you extend in the pull - or you can think of it as waiting longer to pick up your feet. When you do move them, lift the knees up instead of the feet, and think of placing your heels directly under the bar (replacing your feet flat on the ground).
