Go out there and try to make some friends so you can get someone to count attempts for you.
You will have to estimate how many lifts will go before you so you can plan and time your warm ups so you will be ready when they call you up to lift.
The bar is progressive so the person in your session who is opening with the lightest weight will go first and the bar will only go up in weight as the session goes along. Each person gets one minute to go up and take their attempt, and you will get a signal when you have 30 seconds to go. If you follow yourself you will get 2 minutes for your next attempt.
Make sure you lock all your lifts out (no press outs) and you wait for the down signal from the judges before you drop the weight.
