Good luck bother. I'm doing my first meet on June 1, also uncoached. The advise that I was given and plan on following was, 1. Total & 2. Have fun!
I'm planning all my attempts in advance and pretty sure I'm sticking with them. I'm going to Sharpie them on my arm so I don't forget. Another piece of advice I got was to make your opener one you can nail in practice every time.
Timing the warm ups I think is going to be tricky. I think that's what I'm most nervous about. Man am I freaking nervous. I get butterflies every time I think about it.

Don't forget wraps, belts, sleeves and tape if you use them. And food, don't forget food. I'm packing a couple protein bars and almonds.
