Saturday May 25th
1 week away from 240, and then maybe 8 weeks away from 260x1, and then possibly 4 weeks away from 270x1. Can't wait to bench 300, my life has been leading up to that moment.
Once I hit 240x3, I'm going to switch to progressing a double on intensity day and 12x2 on volume day. Once I get to 250x2, I'll move to progressing a single (with maybe some back off volume) and 15x1 on volume day.
I think I need to work incline benching into my program too.
