Back Squat
320lbs x 4
320lbs x 5
320lbs x 4
(felt weak as hell today...felt the Tillman workout on these)

Push press
175lbs x 5
175lbs x 5
175lbs x 5
(felt good....first time in months shoulder was pain free)

Conditioning:
2 rounds:
100 sledgehammer slams (50/50) on tire
50yd farmers walk w/ 62lb KB right side
50yd farmers walk w/ 62lb KB left side
(next time I do this I will use some of the heavier dumbbells...62lb KB was too light)
