4 weeks away from that juicy PR. I really wonder what it means that when I was fat I could squat 410+, with a front squat PR of 275x3, and now while 70 pounds lighter I can squat ~300 but still front squat 250-260. Was I getting a huge mechanical advantage from the extra weight + the belt?
Easing back on the food, I've added more meat to my diet and jumped up to 182.
