Weighted Chin Up
I'm going to take a 5 pound jump next workout and probably the one after that, this was easy. I think I almost always start too light, 6 weeks to get to PR levels seems too long. 4 weeks seems like a better time frame.
Unloaded BB Curl - 100 Reps
I have a good feeling about this. Crazy pump, it almost looks like I lift weights.
