Sorry, I should have been more specific. I'm doing the Strength Development Cycle and there are some days that call for a 300 m row. I'll just pass on those day because running is out of the question. I'm a shitty runner and my shins kill afterwards. I'll just play some basketball with my son .

The barbell to a DL to a high pull seemed to make sense as its a similar motion to a rowing machine. Hmm.
