Weighted Chin Up
Much tougher today, but I did slack off on the GTG pull ups on account of very sore biceps for the first couple days after last weeks workout.
Unloaded BB Curl - 100 reps
Weighed 184 today, seems I'm continuing to gain weight, although my eating habits haven't changed. There's a good chance it's muscle though considering the increase in volume and that I'm in a constant state of lower body fatigue.
