Thursday June 13th

Front Squat

Felt pretty easy, should have no problem getting well past 240. The last set of 3 was hard but I kind of babied the descent, with a bit more speed I was able to get the next two sets no problem.

Started doing a daily 4 sets of neck harness, gotta get that neck size up. I'm aiming for 25+ reps per set, starting with 10#.
