Easier than last week too, I think I'm going to take one more 5 pound jump.
Unloaded BB Curls
These were strong too, probably because I got all my pull up reps in this week. Stopped a few reps early on the first set, I felt this wierd squishing feeling in my left forearm.
Waist measured 36" around the navel today, while usually it sits around 37", so I don't think the weight gain has hurt mah aesthetics.
