I think overall it's a decent clean. I think she could be a little more aggressive on the pull. Also, instead of bringing her elbows back and around, she should work on pulling herself down under the bar with her elbows out and up.
There are a number of thing she could do to strengthen the jerk. Without seeing it, it's hard to suggest certain exercises that could build strength as well as correct technique. But general strength for the jerk portion she could do some presses, push presses, jerk dip squats, jump squats (for driving out of the dip) and jerk supports.
