Default Attitude Nations Lifting Program

I was looking at Jon North's training cycle on his site. He also has a strength/conditioning section labeled "performance".

The Olympic lifting section looks like a pretty good program.

It does remind me of Glenn Pendlay's template with a lot added to it...

What level athlete would thrive from something like this?

Looks like something suited to someone with pretty good technique and not that much to work on, just needing to pound away with the classic lifts. So an advanced intermediate to advanced lifters.

Agreed w Paul. It's a good program for a more advanced lifter who is technically proficient and balanced.
