1. I agree I need to be more aggressive and pull under the bar faster.
2. I'm not sure if I intentionally lock my arms. I understand what you are saying about being loose, but how do you keep your lats tight to sweep the bar if your arms are too loose? That has been my concern as well and where I am confused.
3. Would you mind taking a look at my clean from today? I might have the same turnover issue when pulling under the bar/arm stiffness. Thanks.
