Cramps from WL belt?
I recently bought a WL belt and started training with my local Oly Lifting club. I have noticed that after lifting - usually the next day - I get some pretty gnarly abdominal cramping. Is this normal during the process of getting used to the belt? Might I be wearing it too much? I loosen it between lifts, but I have put many of those lifts up for years prior to owning a belt...I bought one in past because I don't want to end up with a back injury. I've had enough with injuries these past few years! I'm going for prevention now.
